Pico de Orizaba

Pico de Orizaba is the highest mountain in Mexico and the 3rd highest in North America. The top 3 mountains in North America are:

Pico de Orizaba, also called Citlaltépetl, is a volcano, similar to the other (recently more active) volcanoes around Mexico City, including Popocatépetl, at 5426m the 2nd highest peak in Mexico. It is the second most prominent volcanic peak in the world after Africa’s Mount Kilimanjaro.
